Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to order specifications.
- Safely operate essential warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks (comprehensive training provided).
- Perform thorough quality checks on all outgoing products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage or discrepancies.
- Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks while adhering strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, including sweeping, consolidating, and ensuring proper storage.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse organization as needed.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict adherence to safety guidelines and operational best practices.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or discrepancies to immediate supervisors.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation and records accurately for all outgoing packages.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and comfortably.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Basic literacy skills (ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures).
