Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and checking for discrepancies or damages.
  • Efficiently and accurately sort, label, and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and preparing items for delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of all products.
  • Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.

Required Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills for record-keeping and order verification.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience (1 year) in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stockroom environment.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) with valid certification.
