In this fast-paced environment, your primary responsibility will involve carefully selecting and packing a wide variety of items into crates or boxes, ensuring they meet specific packaging standards and client requirements. This includes verifying product counts, inspecting items for damage, and utilizing appropriate packing materials to prevent transit damage. You will work closely with inventory and shipping teams to maintain an organized workflow and contribute to a smooth operational process. Accuracy and speed are paramount, as you will be responsible for preparing numerous orders daily, impacting our customers’ satisfaction directly.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select, inspect, and pack various products into appropriate crates or boxes according to established guidelines and customer orders.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are free from damage or defects before packing.
- Utilize packing materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam, dividers) effectively to secure items and prevent movement or damage during transit.
- Label packed crates/boxes clearly and accurately with necessary shipping information, barcodes, or tracking numbers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other non-motorized equipment to move packed items to designated staging areas.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize packing efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment malfunctions to management promptly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
