Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse shipments accurately.
  • Verify product quantities against purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
  • Perform accurate data entry into the inventory management system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for dispatch according to company standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and report any product damages or inventory inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve operational goals.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and meticulously.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Reliability and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse or inventory role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., WMS).
