Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Pack and prepare items for dispatch, ensuring accuracy, correct labelling, and adherence to specific packaging standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) in a safe and responsible manner.
- Conduct basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods, reporting any discrepancies or damage.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory counts, and general warehouse duties as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehousing and logistics.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items safely (up to 25kg).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
