Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments manually or using basic material handling equipment (training provided).
- Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked and packaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after receiving proper training and certification.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently (typically 10 PM – 6 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills (verbal and written).
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
