Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments manually or using basic material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Sort and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations accurately.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory integrity.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are picked and packaged.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely after receiving proper training and certification.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work night shifts consistently (typically 10 PM – 6 AM or similar).
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or physical labor role (even entry-level is a plus).
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset for our Montreal operations.
