You will be instrumental in maintaining precise inventory counts, contributing to our sophisticated stock management system, and performing regular stock rotations to ensure product freshness and minimise waste. Additionally, you will assist with the careful packaging and preparation of goods to prevent damage during transit, ensuring they are ready for dispatch. The role demands a strong commitment to health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment for yourself and your colleagues. You will be expected to operate various types of material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or trolleys, safely and proficiently, after receiving comprehensive training. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to specifications using picking lists or handheld devices.
