As a Warehouse Picker, you will be a crucial link in the supply chain, responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch. Your day will involve navigating the warehouse, utilizing handheld scanners or other equipment to locate items, ensuring correct quantities and product specifications are met, and preparing them for packing and shipment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse stock, ensuring correct product, quantity, and quality.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for packing and shipment, ensuring items are securely stored and labeled correctly.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages up to 15-20kg.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

- Knowledge of basic warehouse management systems (WMS).
- A valid UK driving license (desirable but not essential).
