Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Prepare items for shipment, including packing, labeling, and staging.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain a tidy and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels accurately.
- Basic numeracy skills for counting and verifying quantities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
