Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort incoming and outgoing packages and materials according to established procedures and destinations.
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring safe handling and placement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after training.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sorting and processing goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
