Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and flag potential stockouts.
  • Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, including stock valuation and movement.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Stock Controller or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
