Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock checks, and effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and storage capacity.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse operations, productivity, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, transportation) to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision (minimum 3 years).
