Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Carefully pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to quality control standards and specific client requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and proficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including performing regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Organize and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for inventory and record-keeping.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or similar logistics environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of basic inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
