Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
- Dispense fuel safely and efficiently, adhering to all company and regulatory safety guidelines.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fuel pumps, and forecourt area, including emptying trash and cleaning spills.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and assist with inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints politely, and provide directions or information as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the station on weekends.
- Adhere strictly to all cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Promote specials or loyalty programs to customers.
- Ensure compliance with all age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, lottery) regulations.
Required Skills

- Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
