Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and professional networks.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and engaging outreach messages.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruiting.

- Collaborate with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition, ideally within an agency or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in software development, DevOps, cloud, or IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and development methodologies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
