Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests and visitors upon arrival, providing initial assistance and direction.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, event spaces, and common areas, ensuring they are presentable and functional.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of reception areas, lounges, and guest facilities throughout weekend shifts.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries, directing complex issues to appropriate team members.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing basic booking inquiries or visitor logs.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating significant concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional service delivery.
