Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead window washers in the preparation and execution of window cleaning tasks.
- Safely set up and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, and other access equipment.
- Carry and transport cleaning equipment, solutions, and materials to and from job sites.
- Perform initial scrubbing, wiping, and squeegeeing of windows under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicles, ensuring tools are in good working order.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a professional demeanor and contributing to high-quality results.
- Assist with other general cleaning duties as required by the team leader.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights (with proper safety training and equipment).
