The Engagement Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Work from Home Engagement Consultant to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating employee engagement strategies for our diverse client base. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex transformations, facilitating interactive workshops, analysing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights, and developing compelling narratives and recommendations that drive buy-in and action. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of tailored employee engagement strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Conduct comprehensive organisational diagnostics, utilising various methodologies including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and cultural assessments.
  • Analyse complex qualitative and quantitative data to identify key insights, trends, and areas for improvement in employee experience and engagement.
  • Develop and present clear, actionable, and data-driven strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to build client capabilities and drive buy-in for initiatives.
  • Manage multiple client relationships concurrently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful project delivery within scope and budget.
  • Contribute actively to the development of new consulting methodologies, thought leadership pieces, and best practices in the field of employee engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and academic research in human resources, organisational development, and employee engagement.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in employee engagement, HR consulting, organisational development, or change management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and translate insights into practical, actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and virtual facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency in project management and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Asana, Trello).
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and capable of working independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful results.
  • A deep understanding of human behaviour in the workplace and drivers of employee motivation and performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ICF coaching certification).
  • Experience working with a diverse range of industries and organisational sizes, from SMEs to large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with leading employee engagement survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Glint, Peakon).
  • Published articles, whitepapers, or thought leadership contributions in the field of employee engagement or organisational culture.
  • Experience in designing and delivering large-scale change management programmes.
