Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all learner interactions and progress using our CRM system.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advisory, customer service, or student support role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Demonstrable experience working effectively in a remote or 'work from home' environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
