Job Description

KPMG in Canary Wharf, London, is seeking a highly skilled individual to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our senior leadership from a remote setting. This vital role ensures the seamless operation of executive schedules, communications, and project workflows, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency. While this position is primarily remote, the successful candidate will be based within a commutable distance of Canary Wharf, London, for occasional team meetings, training, or equipment collection, as required. You will be instrumental in managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing presentations, and acting as a key point of contact, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Manage intricate calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Organise and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with project coordination, research tasks, and data compilation to support executive initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and exercise discretion in all communications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a remote setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage a diverse workload.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
