In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the customer, deeply embedded within our product development lifecycle. You’ll work collaboratively with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and champion a user-centered approach. This isn’t just about making things look good; it’s about understanding the ‘why’ behind every interaction. You will conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B experiments, translating complex data into actionable insights. You’ll develop empathy maps, customer journey maps, and personas that inform strategic product decisions. We are looking for someone who can not only gather data but also synthesize it into compelling narratives that influence product strategy and design. You will champion best practices in user experience throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to launch and post-launch optimization. Your work will directly contribute to measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion rates across our digital ecosystem.

If you’re a curious problem-solver with a knack for translating user needs into compelling product features, and you’re eager to make a tangible difference in a dynamic, fast-paced retail technology environment, then we want to hear from you.
