Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of a diverse range of youth programs, workshops, and activities tailored to different age groups and interests.
- Engage directly with program participants, fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of programs, including scheduling, material preparation, facility setup, and transportation arrangements.
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared and supported in their roles.
- Monitor program attendance, gather feedback from participants, and contribute to evaluation efforts to ensure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with community partners, schools, and local organizations to broaden program reach and enhance opportunities for youth.
- Maintain accurate records, including participant data, program expenses, and activity reports, adhering to organizational guidelines.
