Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the technical direction of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance our product offerings.
  • Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team to foster a continuous learning environment.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Software Developer (3+ years)
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong command of at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
