Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and functional requirements using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and technical capabilities.
- Facilitate communication and foster strong relationships between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions.
- Support project managers in scope definition, planning, and risk management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
