Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at event venues, providing a positive first impression.
- Guide attendees to their designated seating areas, exhibition booths, or specific event zones.
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, facilities, and any relevant details.
- Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly queues to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently, escalating issues to event management when necessary.
- Monitor event areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, and any unauthorized activities, reporting as required.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other event collateral to attendees.
- Assist with pre-event setup tasks such as arranging signs, checking seating, or preparing information desks.
- Help with post-event breakdown and tidying up of the venue as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and emergency procedures during events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or event support role is a plus
- Familiarity with the Annotto Bay area and local community
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Jamaican Patois, English) is an asset
- First Aid/CPR certification is desirable
