Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, effective, and learner-centric instructional materials for various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, instructor-led training).
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with learning goals.
- Apply instructional design theories, models, and best practices (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create impactful learning solutions.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate) to build interactive and multimedia-rich learning modules.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Stay current with instructional design trends, emerging technologies, and adult learning theories.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on instructional design best practices and content development.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, pilot programs, and performance data.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Proven expertise with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex information.
