Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packets and conducting initial orientations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and physical files.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with job posting management.
- Help organize and coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and company-wide communications.
- Assist with data entry related to benefits administration, payroll processing, and time-off tracking.
- Contribute to ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare basic HR reports, presentations, and analyses as requested by senior HR staff.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall departmental efficiency and employee experience.
