Job Description

The Learning & Development Manager will be a pivotal force in shaping Career.zycto’s talent strategy, designing and implementing innovative learning programs that empower our employees to thrive. You will be responsible for the entire learning lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum development to delivery, evaluation, and iteration. A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design is crucial, as is the ability to articulate the value and ROI of L&D initiatives to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across all departments.
  • Curate and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshop materials, guides, and job aids.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle, from program initiation to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize a variety of learning modalities, including blended learning, virtual classrooms, and experiential learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
  • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance program offerings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments and translate findings into effective learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and report on ROI.
  • High degree of autonomy and self-motivation, especially in a flexible work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications).
  • Experience with blended learning approaches and digital learning transformation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D platforms.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
