Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports organizational goals and employee development.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning experiences across various modalities (in-person, virtual, blended).
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across all departments.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships effectively, ensuring maximum value and impact.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align L&D programs with business objectives and talent management strategies.
- Curate and develop innovative learning content, leveraging instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development.
- Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance accessibility and engagement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training and development programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, OD, Instructional Design).
- Certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD) or related areas.
- Experience with leadership development frameworks and coaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D platforms.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
