Bralirwa Plc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Bugesera, Eastern Province. This is a full-time, commission-based role designed for an ambitious professional eager to make a significant impact on our market presence and directly contribute to our growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Bralirwa within your assigned territory, responsible for driving sales, expanding our distribution network, and nurturing strong relationships with our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Bralirwa's product portfolio within the assigned Bugesera territory.
- Identify and onboard new customers and sales channels, expanding the distribution footprint across retail outlets, bars, hotels, and other points of sale.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Implement merchandising standards and point-of-sale materials effectively to enhance brand presence and drive consumer demand.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer trends, and new business opportunities, reporting findings to management.
- Manage inventory levels at customer locations, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Represent Bralirwa Plc. professionally and uphold the company’s values and brand image at all times.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kinyarwanda.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of the Bugesera market dynamics and customer base.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with beverage brands or within a distribution network.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
