Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports Career.zycto's overall business objectives and talent strategy.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and continuous professional development.
- Identify current and future skill gaps within the organization and among client needs through needs assessments and performance data analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback, continuously refining strategies for optimal impact and ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and effective delivery of learning solutions.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across all levels of the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends to ensure Career.zycto remains at the forefront of L&D.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and department heads to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale learning and development programs.
