Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators and skilled production staff with various tasks across the factory floor.
- Perform manual handling of materials, including loading and unloading raw materials, components, and finished products from machines and designated storage areas.
- Conduct initial visual quality checks on materials and finished goods, promptly reporting any observed discrepancies or defects to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly sweeping, tidying, and managing waste disposal in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and arrange materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming production runs as per detailed instructions.
- Accurately package and label finished products, ensuring they are ready for storage, dispatch, or further processing.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and environmental regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Operate basic factory equipment, such as trolleys, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, under appropriate supervision.
- Support inventory management efforts by accurately counting, stacking, and organizing items in designated areas.
- Perform other general duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure overall smooth and efficient factory operations.
