Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously refine a comprehensive remote onboarding program for all new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact and guide for new employees from offer acceptance through their first 90 days.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and hiring managers to ensure all necessary resources, access, and equipment are ready for new hires before their start date.
- Facilitate engaging virtual orientation sessions, introducing company culture, values, and key policies.
- Create and maintain up-to-date onboarding documentation, handbooks, and resource guides.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the onboarding experience and identify areas for enhancement.
- Monitor new hire progress, proactively identify potential challenges, and provide timely support or escalation.
- Track and report on key onboarding metrics, contributing to strategic HR initiatives.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR, Onboarding, or Talent Management role.

- Proficiency with HRIS systems and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
