Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and continuously refine a comprehensive remote onboarding program for all new hires.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and guide for new employees from offer acceptance through their first 90 days.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, and hiring managers to ensure all necessary resources, access, and equipment are ready for new hires before their start date.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual orientation sessions, introducing company culture, values, and key policies.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date onboarding documentation, handbooks, and resource guides.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the onboarding experience and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor new hire progress, proactively identify potential challenges, and provide timely support or escalation.
  • Track and report on key onboarding metrics, contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all new team members, promoting a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver ongoing training and development initiatives for new employees.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR, Onboarding, or Talent Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging onboarding programs, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote work model.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
