Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging and user-friendly web interfaces, including responsive layouts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various digital products and websites.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate designs, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand adherence across all digital platforms and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
- Prepare design assets for development teams and ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate design quality.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web layout and UI design skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly and persuasively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
