We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Time Software Engineer to join our innovative development team in Continental, Tucson. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and functionalities.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
- Contribute to the architecture and design discussions for new and existing systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where appropriate.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C#, Go, or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
