Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the physical installation and initial configuration of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Perform network cabling, organize wiring closets, and ensure proper cable management.
- Help verify network connectivity and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Support the documentation of network configurations, IP addresses, and topology maps.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn about network protocols, security practices, and system administration.
- Participate in routine maintenance tasks, including firmware updates and system health checks.
- Provide basic support for client network-related inquiries under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
