Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee the efficient functioning of office equipment, coordinating maintenance and supplies as needed.
- Manage office inventory, place orders for supplies, and ensure the office is well-stocked and tidy.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting rooms, including necessary refreshments.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and directing them appropriately.
- Facilitate logistical arrangements for staff, including travel bookings and accommodation for company-related events if required.
- Uphold office security protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times.
- Assist in onboarding new staff by preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
Required Skills
