Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and determine appropriate learning solutions for all levels of employees.
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, from content creation and curriculum development to program delivery and evaluation.
- Utilize a blended learning approach, incorporating e-learning, workshops, coaching, mentoring, and other innovative methodologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
- Stay abreast of L&D trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design, and blended learning methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in Instructional Design (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials) or change management.
- Experience with leadership development programs and executive coaching.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with L&D platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic professional services environment.
