Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR and recruitment teams with administrative tasks such as applicant tracking and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate internal communication, including distributing information and announcements.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
