As a Carpentry Workshop Helper, you will be an absolutely integral part of our daily production process. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist carpenters with cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden components.
  • Measure, cut, and sand wood according to specifications and instructions.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, including sweeping, tidying, and tool storage.
  • Operate basic woodworking tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., sanders, drills, saws).
  • Prepare and set up work areas for various carpentry projects.
  • Apply finishes, sealants, or adhesives as instructed.
  • Perform general labour tasks as required to support workshop operations.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Required Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic understanding of measurements and ability to use measuring tape accurately.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively and precisely.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Commitment to maintaining and adhering to all safety protocols.
