Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for diverse audiences.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to create customized training solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle, including content creation, scheduling, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
  • Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to optimize delivery and tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze training program effectiveness using key metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning technologies to continuously enhance our L&D offerings.
  • Mentor and coach employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for specialized training programs and resources when necessary.
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD credentials, or similar).
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and coaching techniques.
  • Experience with change management principles and their application in L&D initiatives.
