Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize modern instructional design principles and learning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and ROI of L&D programs, reporting key insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation for all L&D activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Drive initiatives for talent management, succession planning, and career pathing to support employee growth.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful, large-scale L&D strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and performance improvement principles.
  • Expertise in leveraging learning technologies (LMS, e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms) to deliver impactful training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach to L&D, with experience in program evaluation and ROI measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving industry or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with talent management software and HRIS integration.
