Career.zycto is seeking an inspiring and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead our efforts in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth across our organization. As the Director of Learning & Development, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies that align with our business objectives and support the professional advancement of our employees. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s strategic goals and talent management objectives.
- Design, implement, and evaluate a diverse range of training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and professional soft skills workshops.
- Utilize a blended learning approach, incorporating e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and in-person sessions to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a small team of L&D specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps and future talent needs.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&D initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Research and integrate best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions in learning and development.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization.
- Ensure all training content and methodologies comply with relevant industry standards and internal policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic L&D initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in learning technology and LMS administration.
