Career.zycto is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent growth initiatives in Kadoma, Mashonaland West Province. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a wide range of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills workshops.
- Identify current and future skill gaps through needs assessments and collaborate with department heads to address them proactively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs, reporting on ROI and making data-driven improvements.
- Oversee the selection and management of external training vendors and resources when necessary.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective program delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, and talent development trends.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
