Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Learning & Development to lead our strategic efforts in talent growth and organizational capability building. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the execution of diverse learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding, and soft skills workshops.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps, emerging capabilities required, and tailor L&D interventions accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of all L&D initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics, reporting on ROI and making data-informed adjustments.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently, ensuring maximum value and optimal utilization.
  • Research, recommend, and implement innovative learning technologies, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., e-learning, blended learning, microlearning, gamification).
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure all learning programs are inclusive, accessible, and adhere to best practices in adult learning principles.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in learning and development.
