Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across various functional areas, catering to diverse learning styles.
- Lead the identification of skills gaps and future talent needs, proposing and executing solutions to upskill and reskill the workforce.
- Establish and manage robust performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and succession planning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all L&D programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
