Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, omissions, and potential areas of non-compliance within various documentation sets.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation repositories, ensuring all materials are properly cataloged and accessible.
- Collaborate with senior compliance analysts and other internal teams to clarify documentation requirements and gather necessary information.
- Support audit preparation by assisting in the collection and organization of compliance-related evidence.
- Track and report on documentation review progress and identified issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of evolving cybersecurity regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation review processes and methodologies.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is highly valued in Quebec).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and data privacy principles.
