Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients warmly and preparing them for their services (shampooing, caping).
- Assisting stylists with various tasks, including preparing color mixtures, fetching tools, and maintaining workstations.
- Shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing clients' hair with precision and care.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon floor, workstations, and treatment areas.
- Sterilizing and organizing tools and equipment (combs, brushes, scissors).
- Handling laundry duties (towels, capes) efficiently.
- Ensuring a clean and presentable salon environment at all times, including sweeping hair.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Learning and observing advanced styling, cutting, and coloring techniques from senior stylists.
- Providing refreshments to clients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front desk duties as needed.
- Actively participating in salon training sessions and team meetings.
