Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming products, verifying quantities against shipping manifests.
- Accurately sort and categorize items based on destination, product type, and other relevant criteria.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by organizing sorted items, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality control issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
