Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, and other specialized body treatments as per guest requests and needs.
- Assess guest needs and preferences to recommend and provide personalized massage treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend suitable home care or follow-up sessions.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with other wellness and hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
